SATCAS adalah salah satu brand lokal yang mengusung tema urban fashion, lahir pada tahun 2001 di Bandung, namun saat ini berbasis di Jakarta. Layaknya brand apparel lainnya di Indonesia, SATCAS dimulai dari sebuah keisengan, dengan dana dan kemampuan produksi yang sangat terbatas, namun kini dapat dibilang telah berkembang dengan pesat. Nama SATCAS sendiri berasal dari kata “Satellite Castle”, terinsprirasi dari lagu Dave Matthews Band berjudul Satellite. Pada tahun 2004 diubah menjadi SATCAS, pertama karena kegemaran akan ide membuat suatu yang tidak bermakna menjadi bermakna, dan yang kedua agar lebih ear-cactchy, sehingga lebih mudah untuk disebut dan diingat.
